Our menus conform to a number of food standard certifications including Food for Life Bronze, Silver and Gold accreditation. We also ensure we purchase meat, fish and eggs from ethical and sustainable sources and purchase organic products whenever possible. Our thoughtful food sourcing program ensures our food choices always have animal welfare and sustainability in mind.
