As ambassadors for our service, we depend on our catering staff to create, prepare and serve great food; so we invest in them by training and developing their skills, enabling them to reach their full potential.

At the outset of every contract and as part of our induction process everyone in our service team is trained in delivering great customer service. This training instils a level of customer focus which is maintained through refresher sessions each term and daily pre-service meetings carried out by the unit manager and operations team.
